Green Jade Tea – Type: Green Tea

With a light or medium roast. A newly developed tea planted widely in Mingjien Village at elevations near sea level. With a full flowery fragrance and a hint of fruit in its medium strength
flavor, this is a delightful tea for every day use.

Ever-Spring Tea – Type: Green Tea

Light roasted. Ever-Spring variety. Grown at low elevations, it’s called Ever-Spring Tea because the weather where it is grown is “spring-like” all yearlong. This tea is harvested six times a year and has a light to medium body with a nice flavor.

Rose Oolong Tea – Type: Oolong Tea

Lightly roasted. Containing many rose petals, this tea has a light green color and a very mild flavor. The flavor of the rose buds is often noticed best as a delightful aftertaste.

Ginseng Oolong Tea – Type: Oolong Tea

A blended tea with a medium roast. A blend of high quality oolong tea with ginseng. This tea has a rich, crisp taste of oolong with a pleasing aftertaste.

Green Hearted Oolong Tea – Type: Oolong Tea

Grown at 2700m and lightly roasted. The highest quality tea we carry, Green-Hearted Oolong tea is an outstanding tea with fragrances of flowers and flavors of fruit. It is grown at high elevations in cloudy and foggy environments so its leavens are thicker, which makes the flavor more robust. This tea has a crystal-clear, light green color with hints of fruit and flowers in the taste and aroma.

Organic Ever-Spring Tea – Type: Organic Green Tea

An Ever-Spring variety, lightly roasted. Grown organically at low elevations, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, and only natural methods used in bringing organic matter and nutrient to the soil. Called Ever-Spring Tea, because the weather where it is grown is “spring-like” all year long. This tea is harvested six times a year. It has a light to medium body and nice flavor.

Taiwan White Tea – Type: White Tea

Lightly roasted. Wild Mountain Tea variety. A delightfully light, delicate white tea made from the young buds of the tea leaf. Because it is a delicate tea, care must be taken to insure the water temperature is not too hot.

Curly Black Tea – Type: Black Tea

Fully fermented, it is a Jin Xuan tea variety. A wonderful everyday black tea, with a flavor that is both rich and mellow, not bitter.

Formosa Honey Flavored Black Tea – Type: Black Tea

Fully fermented, a Chin Shin Gan Tze variety. It has a rich, mellow flavor with a hint of honey and medium dark brown color. Makes great iced tea.

Organic GABA Tea – Type: Organic Green Tea

Fully fermented Ever-Spring variety. GABA stands for Gamma-amino butyric Acid. GABA is an anti-stress, anti-anxiety, calming and relaxing nutrient that naturally occurs in tea. GABA tea production involves exposing fresh tea leaves to nitrogen instead of oxygen. The nitrogen-rich atmosphere enhances the natural GABA found in the leaves.
